Oriented strand board is a building material made of long shreds of wood fiber oriented in specific directions and bonded together under pressure. This is a non veneered panel product. OSB board is made by the strands being seperated into large mats. The mats are oriented in cross directional layers for increased strength then pressed at a high temperature and pressed to form panels.
