This is the compressor/condenser. One advantage of this unit is its rapid response time. One disadvantage is its noisy operation. This unit operates by moving outdoor air across refridgerated coils which changes its temperature and a fan blows cool air into the home. This can also be worked in reverse during the winter to heat the home.
